Throughout his career of 22 years in Canada, Nico has successfully represented numerous clients in immigration tribunals, Immigration appeals and in Federal Court Applications for Judicial Review, Mandamus Applications and Urgent Stay Applications. In the recent past, he was part of the legal team that successfully argued in The Supreme Court of Canada, confirming that Habeas Corpus is available to immigration detainees.

He works with individuals and business clients on every type of immigration application, including family class sponsorships, such as spousal, common-law, parental, and visitor and study permit applications. He also assists with Permanent Resident and Citizenship applications.

Nico also worked with small corporate clients on a broad range of business/corporate matters, including incorporation of companies, and buying and selling of businesses. Presently, Nico practices Insurance Defence and Immigration.

Nico enjoys the outdoors, especially multiple day backpacking hikes with his wife. He enjoys the snow and spends a lot of his free time snowboarding with his children.
