Vincent joined Kovacs & Norell as an associate in July 2020 and his practice is insurance litigation. He also volunteered for the National Canadian Lawyer’s Initiative, which provided pro-bono legal services to individuals affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Vincent received his undergraduate degree in economics at the University of Ottawa where he studied partly in French and played on the rugby team. Before graduating from the Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law, Vincent worked as an insurance adjuster in Mississauga and Vancouver.

Vincent has remained involved in the insurance industry. He became a CIP in 2016, and he articled at an insurance company. He is also an ambassador for the insurance institute of Canada, which involves promoting the insurance industry as a career path at school, campus, and networking events. In 2019, he contributed to a chapter on privacy and data protection for an Insurance Institute course titled The Future Marketplace of MGAs.

In his spare time, Vincent takes advantage of living on the West Coast, but misses playing hockey outside.
